Community Nutrition Educator

Cam was a journalist before she was a food and nutrition educator, which explains why she loves to get people talking about their favorite foods. She received her professional culinary training locally, at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, then taught healthy-cooking classes in Seattle and more recently at other food-justice nonprofits in Boston. She believes that cooking together is such a powerful way to connect people and create a dialogue about the many ways in which food can nourish and heal us.
