Fernando Manangon

Fernando Manangon is a dedicated Housing Case Manager currently working at La Colaborativa in Boston, MA. In his role, he presents psychoeducational curricula on subjects such as substance abuse, criminal thinking, and anger management. His professional journey began at Central Nassau Guidance and Counseling in Brentwood, NY, where he worked as a Residential Counselor from February 2019 to April 2021. In this role, he supported clients with day-to-day activities, provided medication management, and conducted drug testing.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from St. John’s University in Queens, NY, graduated in May 2017. Fernando is fluent in Spanish and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and both Mac OSX and Windows operating systems. His comprehensive experience in counseling, case management, and support services, combined with his linguistic and technical skills, makes him a valuable asset to La Colaborativa.
