Suzie MacDonald-Bolanos

Suzie MacDonald-Bolanos is a proud alumna of Smith College where she majored in Government and was appointed to several municipal government commissions. Prior to working with La Colaborativa, Suzie served as a Policy and Advocacy Fellow for the Episcopal Church’s Office of Government Relations based in Washington D.C. As a fellow, she created multi-media organization outreach and guided public policy initiatives at the federal level. Suzie has also done policy research and advocacy at the state level and guest-lectured at Brown University about the prevalence of homelessness among the formerly incarcerated within Rhode Island. She is excited to bring her political experience and skills to La Colaborativa to uplift Latinx voices within the Boston area.
