La Colaborativa is looking for four Certified Application Counselors (CACs) to help people apply for health insurance benefits, enroll in health plans, and maintain health insurance coverage. As a CAC, you will be responsible for conducting outreach in communities, facilitating enrollment, and providing education on public-funded health care programs. La Colaborativa is looking for a housing case manager who will lead housing small-scale mediations and advocate on behalf of tenants regarding rental arrears, housing conditions, and rent increases. Assist in completing RAFT applications through community outreach and scheduled appointments. Forge connections with local landlords, brokers, and property managers to find alternative housing when needed. The Welcoming Specialist role will require someone to be seated at the front desk and will be responsible for answering all incoming calls to the front desk.
