Cesar is a multifaceted Colombian professional with over 12 years of experience as a chef, specializing in kitchen management and working in Massachusetts since 2016.

Beyond his culinary career, he has studied and worked with irrigation systems, gaining hands-on experience in electrical work, plumbing, and construction supervision. This diverse skill set led him to his current role as Facilities Manager at La Colaborativa. While this role represents a different career path, his experience, combined with his deep understanding of the community served by La Colaborativa, makes this work especially meaningful and fulfilling to him.
