Donna Mitria

Donna Mitria has demonstrated a commitment to uplifting and fostering community in both a personal and professional capacity. In the role of Triage Team Manager, she has overseen the entry flow for new and existing clients of La Colaborativa and ensured their timely & accurate intake. With this role, she is the main point person for any emergency case including those related to housing, immigration, and food insecurity. She has overseen the organization’s RAFT applications leading to over $500,000 dispersed in rental and utility assistance over the course of 2023. In addition she has responded to several emergency situations including new arrivals, fires, & mass displacement. As a whole her role in the Triage team is to ensure members of La Colaborativa are able to navigate the resources available to them where language obstacles and other barriers to entry would otherwise prevent.
