Nelson Montesinos

Nelson Montesinos is a dedicated and resourceful Digital Navigator with a year of experience in helping individuals and organizations navigate the digital world. In his current role at La Colaborativa, Nelson provides training sessions to improve digital literacy, covering topics such as basic computer skills, internet usage, digital security, and utilizing various software platforms. He also offers technical support and troubleshooting assistance, ensuring that users can effectively overcome any digital challenges they face. Previously, Nelson worked as an Evaluator at KARL STORZ from January 2021 to September 2022, where he performed manual and electronic evaluations on diverse endoscope models, assembled and decontaminated endoscopes, and created evaluation reports. His ability to adapt to different environments and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences has been a key aspect of his success. Nelson also has experience as a Computer Science Tutor at Quinsigamond Community College, where he taught core computer science concepts, assisted with assignments and projects, and provided feedback to help students progress. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Boston University, completed in 2021.
