Philip Warren White
Born in Massachusetts, Philip joined the team at La Colaborativa during the COVID19 pandemic as the dedicated Workforce Development staff. After developing significant employment training pathways, coalition suppoort, economic mobility programs, and team processes, Philip now focuses on the intersection of programs, evaluation, and development, ensuring that programs are delivering effective results to the community and are adapting to the changes in the community’s demands and socioeconomic trends. He previously danced with Boston Ballet and after attending Babson College for Finance and Strategic Management, engaged in several venture and private funding and scaling projects, working with family funds and real estate investment and development firms. Later he supported Spanish-speaking small and micro business owners and entrepreneurs in developing regions of the United States and El Salvador, leveraging local expertise catalyzed by national and international resources. Philip’s passions outside of social and economic justice include wilderness preservation, cooking, skiing, music and dance.
