Originally from Austin, Texas, Sierra Held is an Economic Mobility Specialist at La Colaborativa, where she is dedicated to empowering residents toward career growth and financial independence. Through educational resources and practical tools, Sierra helps individuals build pathways to long-term success. She is passionate about fostering community development, providing accessible resources, and creating opportunities that support meaningful personal and professional advancement.
A recent graduate of Tufts University, Sierra holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a specialization in International Economics, along with a minor in Latin American Studies.
In addition to her professional work, Sierra has been actively involved in volunteerism and advocacy, particularly in the realm of prison education. She has organized and supported grant writing efforts aimed at furthering the academic and personal goals of formerly and currently incarcerated individuals, demonstrating her commitment to social justice and educational access for all.
