Victoria Adler

Community Organizer and RIOT Facilitator

I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) nonprofit professional dedicated to advancing social equity and strengthening community power. With experience in sustainable community development, poverty relief, fundraising, grassroots advocacy, and strategic programming, I help organizations better serve immigrant and under-resourced communities.

As a grant writer, I crafted compelling proposals that secured resources expanding access to food, housing, education, and employment opportunities.

Today, as a Community Organizer and Educator, I work directly with immigrant and underserved Chelsea youth through a mix of social-work practice, teaching, and community organizing. I design and implement a social and economic justice cohort that cultivates leadership, strengthens community power, and advances social justice initiatives across the city.

Whether I’m telling the story of social justice work or designing, implementing, and leading programs directly, my purpose remains the same: to advance equity, empower marginalized communities, and ensure everyone has the opportunity not just to survive—but to thrive.
