Victoria Adler

I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) nonprofit professional dedicated to advancing social equity and strengthening community power. I bring experience in sustainable community development, poverty relief, fundraising, grassroots advocacy, and strategic programming to help organizations better serve immigrant and under-resourced communities.

As a grant writer at La Colaborativa, I secured resources that expanded access to food, housing, education, and employment opportunities. As a Community Organizer and Youth Educator, I worked directly with immigrant and underserved Chelsea youth through a mix of social-work practice, teaching, and community organizing. I ran a social and economic justice cohort that cultivates leadership, strengthens community power, and drives change.

Today, as Community Engagement Specialist, I lead a team in Organizing and Policy, mobilizing communities through outreach, trainings, advocacy campaigns, and more.

Whether telling the story of social justice work or designing, implementing, and leading programs directly, my purpose remains the same: to advance equity, empower marginalized communities, and ensure everyone has the opportunity not just to survive—but to thrive.
