William Palacios
William Palacios is the Youth Programs Manager at La Colaborativa, where he designs and implements programs that foster the well-being and growth of young people. He manages workshops, recruits mentors, and coordinates with community partners to ensure program success. Previously, William served as Program Director at Basement TryBe Nonprofit Organization, where he planned events, facilitated social groups, and mentored youth. He also led the “Fighting Together” program at Peter Welch’s Gym/Carter Park Crossfit, mentoring youth and securing sponsors. At Spoke Productions/Youth Speak Project, William guided youth from Boston Housing in expressing community change ideas through art. He founded the Safe House Project to provide a creative space for youth. William holds a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from Bunker Hill Community College and a Dental Assistant degree from Everest Institute. He has also worked as a Youth Workshop Director and Youth Night Director/Facilitator, demonstrating his commitment to youth development. Bilingual in English and Spanish, he brings strong organizational and leadership skills to his role at La Colaborativa. His dedication to empowering youth and enhancing community engagement makes him a a reliable and motivating resource to the community’s youth.
